How do I book a course?
Booking is easy—just give us a call, send an email, or book online! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Please book at least 7 days in advance so you have time to complete your theory modules.

What happens if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable and may be deducted to cover admin costs and Guild payments if you cancel. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for more info.

Do I need to bring anything?
You’ll need to provide your own model for the practical part of your course. We provide all the professional products and equipment you’ll need for training.

How do I get my certificate?
Certificates are available for download from our online portal once you’ve completed your course. If you’d like a printed certificate, these are available for £15 plus VAT.

How long are the courses?
Most courses can be completed in a day, with flexible scheduling available.

Do I need any experience?
For certain courses there may be a prerequisite required, and just a passion for beauty and learning!

Can I start my own business after qualifying?
Absolutely! Many of our students have gone on to launch their own salons or offer mobile beauty services.

Is there parking?
Yes! We have easy street parking right outside the salon.
